Another evening at the pool to cool off from the heat. Jaxson is getting used to the water even though it is still really cold.

Day 175 Jaxson's 1st trip to the pool

With the heat of the day, we decided to try to cool off and took Jaxs to the pool for the first time. Unfortunately, the pool was incredibly cold so we only got his legs wet. The great thing was that he loved it and the water temperature didn't bother him at all.

Jaxson is singing up a storm and working out his vocal cords.

Day 172 - Part II

Another beautiful day hiking at the beach.

Jaxs started off with a nap.

But then woke up and turned around to take in the sites.

Waterbottles are my new thing.

Believe it or not, Jaxs started playing ON the playmat.

He's going to tear this thing down in no time.

Had a fun day playing today. The new exersaucer has lots of cool features to keep Jaxs entertained. Actually too many so we removed some and will slowly put them back as he gets used to them.

Jaxs found the plants at the outdoor cafe. He just loves watching trees in the wind and feeling the leaves. I think he's a naturalist at heart.

One last book before Grandpa has to fly home.

Jaxson tried rice cereal for the first time tonight.

Blogging Update

I am sure you are all anxious for a new post. While I haven't been active on the blog, we have been very active taking pictures and video. Please stay tuned in the coming days for a weeks' full of posts. Some of the highlights include Jaxson's first experience with rice cereal, laughing in the swing, and overall abundance of cuteness.

Jaxson has his first stuffy nose - making him tired and a little out of sorts.
"But look at my belly!"

But daddy makes me laugh - I'm better now.
